Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can offer you a gift card to use on our website. If 45 days have passed, the return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be also in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of your purchase.

There are some situations where only partial refunds can be guaranteed: (if applicable)

* Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons beyond our control.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after shipment.

Refunds (where applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, in a certain number of days. In the case of having returned the product after 30 days and being eligible for a gift card, we will let you know in the same way.

 


Late or lost refunds (where applicable)


If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next step, contact your bank. Often it takes some time before your refund is posted.

Sale items (where applicable)
Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (where applicable)
We only replace items that are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same article, please email us at ruelleclothing@gmail.com and send the article to:.

 


Shipping


To return your product, you must contact us through our email (ruelleclothing@gmail.com), and we will give you instructions to return your product correctly.

You will be responsible for the payment of shipping costs for the return of the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping a product with a value greater than 75€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase insurance for shipping. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
